Default CTD when assaulting a city after combat outside the walls

In multiple cases (Four I can remember specifically, a couple I can't), I get a CTD upon deciding what to do with the population of a city after I have defeated it as it reinforces an attacking army of the same faction.

For example, I was beseiging Epidamnos with a character's army, full 20 units (4 full maniples, additional mercenary and extraordinarii units besides). A small garrison force of approximately 7 severely weakened units and 1 full elite phalanx unit were inside, resisting. An additional army of an Epirote character, 2 full elite phalanxes and 1 full levy phalanx attacked me. I defeated both, using cavalry to mop up to such a degree that no more than 20-40 men were left for either army, which caused them not to re-appear.

When my army automatically moved in to take the town (on the Epirote's turn), I was given the Occupy/Expel/Enslave option. I chose Expel, and the game crashed. This happened just two turns prior at another Epirote city, and several turns prior at two different Carthaginian cities.

I should admit that I am using a cheat, the add_money cheat, but that is the only one.

If my savegame proves to be necessary, please inform me and I will upload it ASAP.

P.S.: Thank you for an incredibly awesome mod, the likes of which I don't think has ever before been done, nor will ever be repeated. Any other mod giving me this kind of error, I'd just drop it. EB is worth the effort.

Does the conquest of the city you take leave the other faction without any family members?

No, not that I've noticed. The assaults on Epirotes perhaps, but I know for sure that one instance, against Carthage, still had another family member in another province.

I'm having the same problem, playing EB 1.1 as Casse and the defending faction (Sweboz) still has plenty of family members. Was a solution ever found?
