need help

i'm sorry, but i need help installing this game. i followed the instructions on readme files. i unistalled original game, reinstalled, downloaded patches 1.3/1.5, played the prologue, but everytime i run the mod to install it goes through the install process and then just disappears when install bar gets to the end. it doesn't give me an explanation or whether or not it finished installing. also if it has installed, it doesn't show up anywhere on my comp. i did a default install. any help would much appreciated. sorry if same problem is on here, just way to many threads to go through. thnx

Mkae sure your installing it to the correct directory. Also you don't have to play the proluge the mod automatically disables it. And you play SPQR through the regular game short-cut.
