So what's the point?

The point is that Palin was not was she was set up to be -- I'm sure they had her in P.A. because P.A. went for Hillary and not Obama and maybe they thought -- that at least among Hockey fans -- Palin would be getting support -- but it's just not happening. I don't even know why some polls still have PA as a swing state. It's not. It's going blue.

yes, yes we did. (that actually was my first reaction -- Philly boos everybody anyway - so what - they'd boo Jesus Christ handing out hundred dollar bills) but in this case, it's not just Philly, it's the imaginary "hockey" vote that's booing her -- it's the "joe sixpack" Palin demographic that's booing her.

And Philly is almost half the population of the whole state -- Philly and Pittsburgh almost always vote the same way and Metro Population of those two areas alone represents 2/3rds of the state. PA and it's 21 votes are going to Obama

Might as well. McCain needed to win in the Midwest-Northeast (Along in Florida and Virginia) 2/3 of the key states of Pennsylvania, Ohio and Michigan. In lieu of his abandonment of Michigan, a Blue Pennsylvania does not bode well for McCain's chances.

Or one could just consider that there is a greater than 99% chance that Obama will win based on the data we have. And Caribou Barbie was selling her self as joe sixpack hockey mom and not even that group likes her. Hell, at this point she's probably no even popular with "the college drop out moose hunters who are weeks away from a shot gun wedding" demographic --

Actually Canada has a history of booing american anthem as well. They booed it during the 2004 special olympics! The most recent one was MLS allstar game where they booed it thinking their anthem wasnt being played...and were made to look like fools when the anthem was setup to be played live.

That said this thread is completely pointless and could easily been included in many of the other Palin threads if not for the obsessive agenda by the op.
