Re: 6200 FPS problem and load time :(
Problem with slow changing in graphics is fixed entirely! Now the game runs smoothly. It was pretty simple actually... I didn't installed the whole drivers for my ASUS A7N8X-X motherboard. There is a reason for this and it is called MICROSOFT! However the fps at most is around 50. It drop to 40-45 when i change unit detail to max and if everything else is on lowest settings still the fps is at max 50-55
=(. But i talk about smallest unit scale and like total of 10 groups of units. Did you know if the cpu(processor) current MHz have a lot of influence about fps?

No I think.
I have 6200 + 256MB VRAM here too. I use large unit scale, forced anisotropic, high unit details and high effect, with shader, shadow and dust on; everything else is set to lowest. It works fine with 2-3 fullstacks, as long as it's not raining or snowing. You should not set unit detail to the highest because it'd disable sprites and render everything in details no matter how far they are.

Re: 6200 FPS problem and load time :(
My CPU is AMD Sempron 2400. You must turn on the shader in preferences to get correct video (shader off = corrupted graphics). The "high" details make little differences and some units in mods just don't have low-detailed models.
If you get blurred skins, set per-application forced anisotropic to 2x in nvidia control panel. Also you should always use the latest driver from nivdia's website; Drivers supplied with MB/computer are usually outdated and unstable.

Yes. Your cpu in a TW game DOES have a major effect on performance. In shooters, not so much. But, TW, most definitely.
The cpu is used to calculate all the men, their positions, what they're doing, and all their stats. The more men on the screen, the more the cpu has to calculate, and the lower your fps will/may be.
Most graphics cards can easily handle the graphics of TW, but it has to wait for the cpu to calculate before it can render the action.
MTW using basically the same engine as RTW, I can say this with a pretty good authority holding the record for most men on the battlefield in RTW.
