    463AD Campaign
    Alemanni: will be an alternative faction
    added an alemanni province.
    Extended the Frisian territories along the coast for both 463 and 434 campaigns

    Edited the map 463AD campaign
    1. Thurungia:Scithingi capital: (Serapio recommendation) Rebel kingdom Alternate faction : Thurungian units
    a -A great horse faction. Theodoric the Great was very impressed with the quality of their horse breeding
    2 Gepid Kingdom: Rebel kingdom: Alternate faction: Gepid units
    b -A very powerful sword infantry
    3 Franks position corrected
    4 Lombard position corrected
    5 Bourges A Roman city but on its own
    6 Burgundians strengthened
    7 Slavs position corrected

    Sub Kingdoms Provinces
    1 Tribus Herules: Herules units
    2 Tribus Abotrites: Slav units
    3 Tribus Frisii: Frisian units
    4 Tribus Rugii: Rugian units

    Revised the 434AD Campaign
    -Iberian Romans in Iberia
    -Thurungia a rebel kingdom

    I like your mod a lot but I have some few complaints anyway:

    1) some of the region names sound really silly to me - e.g., 3 regions in greece are called sth like "achaia, achaea, achaiae" or so. Same in Gaul: Lugduniensis 1, 2, 3 or so. Also, sometimes the underscore is still there, e.g.: veneti_regio(n) (?).

    are you going to have some of the new textures from ibfd 8? They look good!

    and by the way how many rios will there be cuz you keep cranking them out and i never want to play mine until i get the new one im like a dang kid in a candy store lol trust me im not compianing i love them

    Great to hear that a new BRG is in the works. Thanks for all of the hard work. I still have not been able to get Patch III to work. At this point, it seems like I should wait until BRG II is released instead of trying to fix it. BTW, how about a hypothetical campaign where Belisarius accepts the Western crown from the Goths and takes on Justinian?

    Maybe if someone ported it to Rome 1.5 and made accepting the crown the same as attacking the Senate.:hmmm:

    :hmmm:Why the patch not working for ya??
    Is it the correct patch one is for the mod switcher and the other is for rar non mod switcher. is it going into ur files correctly?

    I currently am testing and tweaking some balancing issues. I need to redo the new Sassanid buildings. The alternate factions are pretty much done. Up tempo the game econ a bit made the smaller factions a bit more playable Hoping The AI Burgundians and the Alemanni will slow the AI Franks down a little. It appears to have with the testing.

    Getting someone to slow down the Franks is a good idea. They usually swallow up the West Roman Rebels quickly leaving me to face a monstrous Frankish empire to my north and west. I don't have the technical expertise to build a Belisarious vs Justinian campaign but I can propose starting conditions that somone else can build on.

    there is a Justinian mod by Narses that can be played with this mod. Also Age of Darkness Mod is covering that period. Maybe when that one is completed a campaign of such could be made

    Rio, not to pester you, but I have NEVER gotten your quite entrancing mod to work, even with the RaR (don't quite understand your directions, aren't really clear to me). So I ask you this: Will the Modswitch work on BRG II if the old one didn't? I really want to try your mod, but I cannot get it to work. So, just asking.

    Finished up testing the alternative factions. All is well...Just want too add another unique unit for the Gepids and Thuringia. The Suebi are playable for when the player wants to play the mod in its original form. Each alternative faction will be a separate quick install from the options folder.

    To play the mod in its original form the original files need to be installed again from the options folder. The Alternate factions only pertain to the 463AD campaign and not the 434AD Campaign thus, the original files need to be installed.

    Also re edited the Dalmatia coast widening the territory with the Rebel Marcellinus controling Solona with a very powerful rebel army, Hunnic Horse Archers and a large navy.

    need help for testing ...?
    By the way BRG II will have 463Ad and 434AD Campaign.
    To play Gepids and Thuringians there will be a file in the options folder (as the actual scripts to chose which camapign to play) for the 463AD only for both factions?
    To play Sueby the original files have to be installed again by a file to execute in the options folder and for both 463AD and 434AD campaigns?

    Forgive me, but it's Monday and here it's heavy raining ...
