Me neither. Maybe cause I'm Venice, and I've only had like 5 girl family members... nah!
Jon had taken Donal and Benjen’s advice to heart: Sam may be fat and pathetic, but he is still a member of the watch, and one of the few black brothers who isn't a rapist or thief. (out of context, this sounds ridiculously racist)

ive gotten it, and always said no. Id rather die off than have 6 headed generals and one foot rule my nation
Doing that mission seems to give bad tarit to your general and to your daughter like : Less chance to have children Lol....
Screw the mutants, it's 100 florins!
Also, Rebel, according to a big amount of posts you have, I think you have completed the game many times, so you have nothing to lose. I advise you to complete this mission and see what'll be going on just for fun.
Also, offtop, but I had a general which had the trait smth like "he looks like he fell off a rock and then he was owned by blacksmith's student". He was sent to Turkey, lol. Idk if he was an incest prey.
I had one of those messages before when I was playing as Milan, it was a family member asking for the hand of his aunt which had 5 or 6 charm level. The family member gave me some units.![]()
Its kinda off-topic but wth....
Once i had a council mission to marry my daughter to a general of my faction (adopted general). When i sent her to him he refused. I was so insulted at his refusal that i sent him head first in a Swiss-Pikemen pike wall (alone no other units. If he defeated 3 units of swiss pikes alone with his bodyguard i would have forgiven him).
never happend to me. but some of the cousins in my faction got married when i was the french...![]()
The whole world is in chess. Any move can be the death of you.

Not strange at all - I always marry my princesses to their cousins or uncles if they have 3 Charm (to avoid the Wife is a Wretch of Wife is Unpleasant traits) to keep my family tree small - UNLESS I get the mission then I always marry them. Hey, if they've fallen for each other who am I to tell them they can't be together?
I usually just play as someone like the Danes and just keep three or four territories and let everyone else slaughter each other. I like to control my family tree.
In this game they won't allow brother and sister to marry. In the first Medieval though, you could do that and they'd get the trait "Secret Incest" that would lower piety if discovered. And from all my games of marrying daughters to cousins and uncles - I haven't noticed any unusual traits spawning from it. The instances of insanity and other bad traits seem to be just as frequent when I didn't do it.
However I was laughing yesterday - random husband/wife story incoming - my family member was picking up the homosexual traits and the Foreign Fruitcake retinue member and stuff despite having a 5 Charm, attractive, useful wife. Then I looked again and he was starting to pick up the cuckold traits. Go figure, he's spending all his time with men so his wife is starting to fool around too!

Didn't you get inbred traits in Rome?

For any who are interested by my FF on occurrences in Rhun and beyond; I have begun a new project (not because the old one is finished, just opening more room for ideas) about one of the minor characters, Rankal. It is in the Third Age AAR index and here is the link http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=376994
