Question about campaign code, starting conditions....etc
So I was looking around in the folders and I found 2 settlements I was looking for. Sinope and Caesara. However, no matter how or what I build up in the dark ages, neither of these are able to produce local roman units. :hmmm:
Both are castles. I believe it's an oversight as these were not occupied lands at that time. 
Ok, so what do I have to edit to allow the production of typical units here? I went into Descrip_Regions and was looking around however I'm not sure what to do or where.
Any help is appreciated.
