What units can be used as garrisoned free upkeep units?

Quick question which I don't think is covered anywhere in the FAQs.

What units can be used as free upkeep units? I now that the units with the word "militia" can be free upkeep in towns/cities, as long as the settlement can actually recruit them.

Forts can be used by any unit I think.

The castle line baffles me and I just can't figure it out. Can anyone help me?

I'm currently playing the Moors, so an answer that fits that would be extra-nice!

Hi, levies units only, I think up to 2-3 units in a settelment. Fort free up to 2 units for any types.

Levy units can be used as garrisons in both cities or castles.

Generally, militias should be for towns, and lower feudals for castles.

Just open the edu's and search for free_upkeep (if I am not mistaken?)
