The Roman Senate will give the Punic army an ultimatum, they will get 6 months (ooc: 2 turns) time to leave this reconquered Roman land. If they are present on Roman territory after that ultimatum expires the Senate can begin to discuss forcibly removing this potential threat, but the allies are to be given a chance to correct this misunderstanding.

Aye, not only do we owe it to them as civilised people, but we also do not have the forces to begin yet another conflict. This time will give them a chance to correct themselves, and give us time to build our forces if they do not head our request.
