help required for patches

hi all,

have the game myself, however have bought the game for a friend of mine, can you tell me what patches bring the game fully upto date pls. can we jump to the latest patch, or do the preceeding patches need to be d loaded first ?

downloading patches? yes al need to be downloaded in order.
however you can easilt skip this process by spendin £10 ($15-$20) on KINGDOMS. Adds four more gmes to the game and installs the patches nice and quickly.

i could not buy it with the exp pack, could not find it...
can you tell me what are the patches, are they 1.1 .2 and .3
it's been ages since i done this myself.

im not 100% sure, but im 90% sure it starts with 1.2...

just read my last post nd it sounded alot like an advert

M2TW out of the box ---> load it.

Get 1.2 patch (make sure it is the right one for the right product in the right country, etc.). Patch original M2TW to 1.2 (actually it is 1.02).

Done.

You do not need 1.1 (if you are loading 1.2), and, if you are not loading Kingdoms, you do not need 1.3 or later.
