    Is this mod supposed to be soundless?

    Nope. Bug there. We haven't changed sound at all yet. Post some gaming rig / M2 version information?

    What are those?

    Anyway, in Westeros folder, in Medieval II TW folder, there are ony four sound files and all of them too small.

    These files are:

    audio.dat 1 kb
    audio.idx 1kb
    events.dat 2kb
    events.idx 6kb


    I thought that weird, but I'm sure you will enlighten me.

    If you delete those files, your game will revert to default M2TW sound. Hope that helps.

    They reappeared while playing.

    But then I copied sound files from vanilla data folder to Westeros data folders...and I got my sound.

    i'm gonna try copying files over too, but just wanted to let you know I have the same problem. And i followed instructions exact.

    Original game does have sound. And I haven't unpacked the game.

    and yes, vanilla works fine. every other aspect of mod works great too and I love it! just need to hear stuff. lol
