Are you planning to get around the province/city limit by utilizing the permanent stone forts of Kingdoms? It would seem to be the most logical way to include all the settlements which had to be left out of EB 1.1. Just curious.

that is actually a great idea , but i wonder how they can put the economy of lets say , 1 settlement having aroung 3 o 4 forts around its province.
wil lthe economy be times larger ?
will the population de 4 times larger ?
....

it also could be used to put some strategic positions in the map :o
wich i dont know , buz u know , EB members policy is EQUAL HISTORICAL ACCURACY to all FACTIONS..

After having played Deus Lo Vult with permanent forts, it also seems possible to influence AI expansion with carefully positioned forts. Though it might just seem that way to me.
