Default Regarding E.R. II's faction polls

Hi all and Q.I. and team,

I'm a stickler for historical accuracy and as such you've put me, at least, in a bind.

Could you please explain how many slots are open and which factions are more historical than others?

I for one want to see SOMETHING in England/Ireland/Scotland/Wales and not see that area neglected or omitted because of whatever. It would also make that part of the area unstable as there would be a void.
It's kind of like NO Sarmatians/Scythians for the Russian Steppes, You know?

IF possible, why not include the most amount of historically accurate factions only?

Either way, we're gonna lose choosing between new factions.

The difference is, that Sarmatia/Scythia did have a major influence on the rest of the world. Mainly by raiding the Southern factions like Pontus and Thrace. Also they did have a major influence as mercenaries. The Britons didn't have all this I'm a fan of the Britons too, but due to the 20 factions limit, they simply are not interestingly enough in my opinion
