    No problem, and welcome

This is due to the fact that as the Kingdom of Cyprus, you are holding foreign land, and have limited support from the local populace.

I will look into this, as Cyprus should actually have full access in Cilicia. They should also have Crusader state for that matter :hmmm:

Settlement conversion is not in SV, instead you need to build market or stronghold rights. This will allow you to build up economy or Military. You should build the Feudalization building to get access to better troops in occupied lands.

HHmmm, on that note, why is it that half of my characters aquire an astrologer... They seem to be very common, and quite annoying..
"We are unable to choose the circumstances of our creation, and few of us choose our demise.
However, as intelligent creatures of freewill, we are gifted, privileged, and so very fortunate; that we are able to choose the manner, in which we choose live". - Me

My chars get so besotted with "silly beliefs" that I half expect most of them to leap off the top of the settlement walls to prove they can fly.

I have a problem with my Gen.
Playing Byz in grand campaign and only the heis has 6 stars loyalty..The rest is minsus 3 so i always check them every turn and when they reach a 1 or 2 i send on search for a litle plundering instead of leaving them in the big city.
It is bad but also a little bit realistic.

Any new general I get, I park him in whatever settlement I have my king in. I keep him there until he get's his loyalty issues figured out.

Also, anytime a new king is crowned, I recall all my generals to the capitol to attend the coronation and hang out with the new king for a year or so.

That seems to have fixed my loyalty probs.

If you put your general in the same settlement as your king you'll eventually get a "has the kings eye" trait for your general. That adds a little bit of loyalty and seems to stop loyalty decay.
