SAME Stamina but FASTER recovery
How to?
The stamina is fine - it just takes too long to go from Exhausted to tired/winded.
Increasing recovery speed (and only recovery speed) enriches your options on the battle map as resting/rotating troops would become worthwhile, particularly in larger more complex battles/seiges. The analogy is rechargable batteries - right now units are like batteries you use once and throw away (unless you have a few hours to kill).

Afaik it's hard coded.
Reap the promised end to the struggle. Reap every point on our linear path.

yeah I know what you mean, it takes ages even on x6 speed to regain a tiny bit of stamina.
