What is the recommended difficulty for Campaign and battles?

By the way what is the recommended dificulty for both campaign and battles?

I currently started a campaign as the parliamentarians on VH/VH and i'm worried maybe it turns too hard to handle.(Not to mention that my money went below 0).

Yes I didn't know about VH/VH which is what I normally play on, so I started on H/H and it is still quite a challenge. I have won most of my battles, but even when I do I always seem to loose a lot of men

It is a very challenging, which makes it a lot of fun.

The key to making money is first to prevent any of your settlements rebelling. Second use your starting money to make 3 or glass makers, or lime kilns.

i play in very hard/very hard.

I have never had a settlement rebel, even on VH/VH. My key to gaining money is make war early on, and blitz the opponent, or try to. It ends up with a brutal slugfest, probably not the best thing to do, but very challenging.
