Default Simple Export_descr_unit change and problem

I recently started playing the Kingdoms expansion with a Novgorod game in the Teutonic Campaign. Playing Novgorod is a blast-highly recommend.

However I noticed that the Dismounted Druzhina and dismounted Boyer Sons had exactly the same stats. I wanted to change the defensive stats for both to create a real difference between the units.

I used the unpacker on the Kingdom mods. I then opened the Teutonic folder and found the export_descr_unit file within the data folder.

I modified the defensive data for both the dismounted Druzhina and dismounted Boyer Sons and then saved the export_descr_unit file.

Then I restarted up the game. I rejoined my campaign and checked the defensive stats in the unit card description. They did not change. So then I started a new campaign and checked the same units. Again the changes apparantly did not take effect.

What simple thing am I not doing? Is there another step required to introduce the new defensive data into my Teutonics campaign beyond changing the data in the export_descr_unit file???

    Help!!

I think you need to add --features.mod=mods/teutonic --io.file_first to the end of your command line in your shortcut to kingdoms.exe.

Thanks Taija! It worked but not on the first attempt. After uninstalling and reinstalling....it worked! Thanks!
