Any way to weaken the damage archers do?

I've tried reducing their damage to 1 and they still kill guys with armor 13 and shield 5. Reducing their accuracy is not what I am looking for.

You changed the 5 to a 1?
From peasant archer: stat_pri 5, 1, arrow,
Which archers are you after changing?
You could change the projectile type if its something better...

It was indeed peasant archers using the normal "arrow" type. I'd hoped they could be made to be completely ineffective vs later armor but I can't find a way. Thanks for the suggestion though.

theres an ap damage bonus thing that billmen and halbards have so just lower the stat of all and ap everything you want to be ap.

So, you want to change the death percentage of the arrows?

Well yes and no, I want them to be stopped by a certain level of armor. 0 death percentage vs 12 armor for example.
