    Default Error with descr strat

    Working on a mod and I finally got rid of a whole list of errors, and there is one left for descr strat it says this.

    09:37:26.937 [script.err] [error] Script Error in Plus Ultra/data/world/maps/campaign/imperial_campaign/descr_strat.txt, at line 11, column 1
    Expected start date of campaign or battle.

    Now I am thinking that has something to do with the start date but look at my thing and tell if this is wrong. Just in case your wondering why its tabbed back is because you have to if your making extended campaign map.

    What have you got before those lines? It could be that you haven't closed off a statement properly (ie: playable > end, nonplayable > end)

    Problem solved, I had to delete mongols and timurids. Then I got more errors not relating to this file. I fixed them and now the remaining have to with mapping which I will send to our mapper. Thank you everybody.

    You should do a google search for a program called Notepad++. Not only does it have a lot of useful functions, including the M2 Language plug-in that GED made for it, but it also displays line #s, so you can look at the line and find out for yourself that Line 11 = mongols. Most of the time whatever error there is, when pointing to a line, will pretty much automatically clue you in if you are the main coder.

    With the regular notepad you have to make sure wordwrap is off. Then press Ctlr+G and enter the line number.
