The person who is searched for needs unit modelling skills, not huge ones, just working on existing models, and probable using/switching existing model parts.

Hmmm... How many units need doing exactly? I'm not a bad skinner myself, but I'm really busy at the moment. If it's not too much though, I think CTW is definately worth the effort.

You need to change your Advertisement then, A modelor and a skinner are two different people. One uses a program like photoshop, a dds convertor and the other uses 3DS max.

No, my former post ("modeling skills") was meant as additional info, because there were candidates who have skinning, but no modeling skills (or not the respective needed software), and the job needs both, as the title says.
A unit skinner and unit modeller isn't two persons. This is only true if somebody just only is skinning or just only is modeling, pretty logical, isn't it.
Thanks for the attempt to give advice for this thread though, so i could clarify the latest post once more.

I really need a skinner with enough experience within the dmb and models_unit files incl. enough overview about the concerning file structures so i wouldn't need to explain the common things.
Is there anyone with a bit time on his hands? It is not very much to do, but enough to call it an important modding job. You'll become a team member if you want, or alternative as free-lancing contributor (with all deserved consideration in the credits list).
If you have interest, please show at least one work-example here in this thread.
