Using Vanilla Barracks

Is it possible to still use the vanilla barracks system? If so, can anyone let me know how this is done? I really need help.

It is possible but not without considerable time and effort and some coding.
In the Data folder there is a file called export_descr_buildings sometimes called EDB

Before you make any changes, you will need to understand how this works. I suggest looking for tutorials as there are some very good beginners ones and they will explain it far better than I can.
