I think i have an idea how this new weapon looks like, around 2000 when democracy broke out in Serbia it was led by a organization that came out of nowhere and suddenly this movement (Otpor) did what several demonstrations led by much bigger political party's with all US aid in Serbia did not,it brought down Milosevic and the evil witch.I don't know what kind of weapons will be used in the third world war, assuming there will be a third world war. But I can tell you what the fourth world war will be fought with -- stone clubs
But here's what's interesting i didn't even notice it much but as pro-western (read pro-US) revolutions started comming up across Europe i did notice that all in every single one of them thers a part played by organisation that either has same slogans or same symbols and in same case much of the people that led Serbian wing of organisation now lead it in some other state, and what is interesting even those people who led it eventually came to power they give it up so easy and banish, they are rearly if ever on TV or any other media whatsoever kinda interesting.
Here's something for those who like to read whole posts before getting into a fight
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Otpor
this is the part that's "funny" to me
Otpor logoIn addition to greatly contributing to Slobodan Milošević's overthrow, Otpor has become the model for similar youth movements around Eastern Europe.[3] For this Otpor members have been called "revolution exporters". [4].
Otpor members were instrumental in inspiring and providing hands-on training to several other civic youth organizations in Eastern Europe and elsewhere, including Kmara[5] in the Republic of Georgia (itself partly responsible for the downfall of Eduard Shevardnadze), Pora in Ukraine[6][7] (which was part of the Orange Revolution), Zubr[5] in Belarus (opposing the president Alexander Lukashenko), MJAFT![8] in Albania, Oborona[9] in Russia (opposing the president Vladimir Putin), KelKel [10] in Kyrgyzstan (active in the revolution that brought down the president Askar Akayev), Bolga in Uzbekistan[11] (opposing Islom Karimov) and Nabad-al-Horriye.[12] in Lebanon. A similar group of students was present in Venezuela against democratically elected Hugo Chávez.
and some sister organisations
Now while kicking Milosevic in the nuts was nice i was wondering does anybody else think that if this power could be used on a democratic state just becouse US decides they are Evvvvviiiiilllll...
For example here's one of the rare organisations that was openly mentioned by otpor leaders as a place where they gave away a lot of ideas
http://www.canvasopedia.org/content/about/about.htm
Maybe that's just me but to me that does not sound as "hold-hands-student organisation"Who we are
CANVAS trainers and consultants are world-wide recognized experts from Serbia, Georgia, Ukraine and South Africa, with experience in battling for democracy in their own countries, and involved in knowledge transferring to 24 different groups in the world.
Oh almost forgot for all you conspiracy theory lovers here's who brought otpor to my state

and take a look at this part

About Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) that they are willing to "offer" to all kinds of states aka develop them cute huh
So is democracy safe in any state today ?
