what mod shall i get!?

i cant make up my mind which version i can get (a concussion sure dosnt help) can you guys give me some suggestions? ive played EB and i really like it if it helps and im a roman fanboy

I would start with what is refered to as the "momma mod" of Ruina Rome. Rome is definately a focus point in it. But you should also eventually check out all 3 of the mods that are out, each is amazing in its own right.

1 i have to use the little rest of my HDD of important stuff so i cant makr yet another copy of RTW
so i i still have a vanilla copy. if i install this over that would my brter still be able to play his beloved vanilla RTW?

also is there like names legions with different skins like in RS?(i dont really care im just wondering). and is like gaul a splinter faction roman empire?

1. Yep. No problem with it. You can even install the three mods that make up IB and you'll have 5 games (the three mods and vanilla RTW and BI)
There are legions recruitable only in particular regions carrying different shields. though the system is not as deep as that of RS (after all the Principate and Early Imperial period are by far better documented than the Late one). There is a rebel faction in Gaul (Constantine III).

The answer to that question will be a very subjective one, since what one considers to be nice, may be considered not that by other one. But if it works for you, however, I'll share my opinion with you: All of the IB mods are great! I've never enjoyed any other mod as much as I enjoy the IB ones! I love them! They put me in the middle of Late Roman times action like a time machine would do (of course, it helps a lot if you add a touch of imagination ). DL them and decide by yourself !

You'll see now that IB contains three sub mods. You only have to download the one you want to play, or you can download all three. Please go to their respective download threads.

As julianus stated IB (Invasio Barbarorum) is the collection of three mods and one more coming soon. They are IBRR (Ruina Romae, the Momma), IBFD (Flagellum Dei) and IBIJ (Imperium Julianorum aka Somnium Apostatae Julianii). In the main forum you can see their own subforum.
