A few questions

Hi im new to the forum and since i am too layzy to read through all the threads i wanted to ask a few questions.Sorry if those are noob questions...

1.Is this mod still in development?
2.If so,is it about to get cancelled or will it really be finished?
3.Will there be any gameplay differences or "only" new factions?
4.What factions will there be?
5.Will there be any new animatons or models?
6.Will orcs be weaker but greater in number than elves or will they just be the same?
7.What are the team members?

1. First release would be in the NOvember-December, we hope

3. I can't see what there would be much changings but it would be enough of them

5. And how you imaginee total conversion without new models?!! And abouut animtions: yes - new animation for trolls, ents and mumakills; two-swords animation and some more
6. Elves would be miost few numbered but most strong. As for orcs - goblins will be weak and largenumbered, mordor orcs too but not so much and uruks will be mostly a bit stronger than men but not so good equiped
