So the decision as written won't work. Perhaps Gaius will amend to 1/2 of the words be clowns, the other half remains wubs.

There are only about 12 words or so on the list, I believe.

I support, anything other than that dreadfully overused love smiley. It's lost it's meaning months ago . . .

Not just that, but I'm pretty sure that it was made clear, a while back, that the censor is not a Curial issue...aside from the fact that this is completely pointless.

The Curia can make a recommendation, which is all a decision is anyway since they are non-binding.

I understand. My point is that this issue, or a similar one, has come up numerous times and Hex always says that it is outside of Curial jurisdiction, so to speak, regardless of the outcome of the decision.

Can we add leet-speak to the censor? I think it would be in everyone's best interests to replace 'omgwtfpwnzored!!11!!1!1oneone' with

That is from the last time the Curia took up this idea that failed miserably.

I'm not sure I understand. "Curia, blah, blah, Curia, blah, blah"...as you post your opinion in the Curia.

Surely the right place to post it?

Just a bit ironic is all.

I think you could take my line as a minimalist comment on some of the lengthier and self-congratulatory posts referencing the Curia.

    AP...that doesn't answer the question.

It highlights the fact that I was posting from work at the end of a long day. There are no long winded posts save for mine. Imagine the disappointment. How annoying.

But I do like to role play my name

Any way, the little emoticon just makes it OK to swear in my view. From that point of view it isn't achieving what it it sets out to do. It just highlights the fact that someone has run out of imagination and is being crude or obscene.

. I bet your eyes were drawn to here. But the word I typed was really quite foul.

Wouldn't it be better to just leave a blank? The poster would then have to make an effort to make the post legible?
