chivalry/dread and construction
Hello all, i had been playing SS 4 for awhile, until i recently purchased kingdoms and upgraded to SS 6. I love the new challenges, but am struggling with a few issues i didnt really even know were affecting me until i read them in the forums.
I think i understand Real Recruitment and Grim Reality fairly well, but ive read something about how your general's chivalry rating may affect your ability to construct a citadel, or something along those lines? Basically, how does the town governor's stats affect the town's construction abilities. Also, id like to confirm that a general's status on the WC, etc. will affect recruitment in a settlement as per Grim Reality.
If you want to just point me to the appropriate thread, that is fine.
Thanks in advance.

What happens is that you need a certain amount of population to make a citadel, and a general with a high chivalry promotes a much higher amount of population growth than a dread general, making it better to have your governors chivalrous. Along with other bonuses like an increase to public order, etc.

Re: chivalry/dread and construction
btw. chivalry increases your troop morale and dreaded generals scare enemy troops
