newbie question... (more titles and ancilliaries for generals)

Enjoyed TWII and Kingdoms for a while now, and recently got into the mods which feature governor titles and ancilliaries.

I was looking for small mods which add more title "slots" for generals, but no luck. Is this a simple fix I could do myself? Is there a hard limit on the number of titles a general can have?
