Mugabe ruined his country, his land reform policy was the sure killer of the Zimbabwean currency and economy. He distributed compulsory land to people who had no idea how to run them, and he drove out the money-makers of his country. Agriculture used to be Zimbabwe's leading export producing sector but the land reforms sharply lowered the amount of export and thus made a once assumed to be prosperous country poor. Not to mention the election rigging and frauds, humans rights abuses and the so-called Operation Murambatsvina.

With regards to Zimbabwe: their problem, they need to solve it. Had Zimbabwe been invaded by some country and been thrust into poverty by the imperialist nation I might agree that we need to act, but Zimbabwe's problems are of Zimbabwe's own making...

Besides, Romania in the 20th century alone participated in the invasion and/or liberation of 8 countries and is currently active in 5 crisis zones around the world.

It got pretty much overrun by the Central Powers in WW1 and was an ally of the Nazi's in WW2 until the Soviets came knocking at the door and Romania decided to change sides.
