I am very sorry man but it's not possible as the main RTW engine is hardcoded and was created when dual core were still not avaible and even quad core.So the only think you can do is to see everything at maximum in the game settings.
The only thing a mod can do is to improve textures and skins at maximum avaible.
Otherwise try MTWII and see how all the CPU&VGA is used.![]()
I am not so sure mate. I have encountered battles were the reinforcemnts could not be moved in because the CPU was not powerfull enough. If you turn all MTWII options to maximum the CPU will be used more.

Even though RTW doesnt support Dual core CPUs, having a coreduo will allow the System programs to use one CPU and the game to use the other. Apparently it does this with RTW because I noticed a MASSIVE improvement with the dual core over my single core 661.
You are getting some good performance and to be honest since you cant have 30k battles in the campaign often you really dont need 2 cores in the game. Atleast that is what I found.
I use a E8400 and a 8800GTS plus 2 gb of Ram.
