    Default road_level effect?

I've been looking in the posts and in ultimate docudemons 4.0 but I didn't find the effect of road_level, which appears in hinterland_roads of EDB.

Has it only an effect on trade or also on the movement speed? I would like to increase the difference between movement on roads and on fields, and I don't know if this is the way. Any other method?:hmmm:

I have no idea. Try it and tell the rest of us.

It affects both movement and trade, but I have found no official explanation, I can only guess that 1 level = 5% as the rest of the traits seem to be.

    Unfortunately it is hardcoded.

On the right it is the movement of cavalry and infantry units with road_level 0. In the middle with road_level 1 and on the left with road_level 2. This distance is the same if road_level is 3, 5, 7 or 10. No CTD, no error message, but the distance is exactly the same.

Note how the texture used for roads is coded by road_level parameter, not by the name of the level.
