    Default Preventing adoptions?

Is there any way to prevent adoption offers for some turns?

If not, which would be the best way to be sure that the human player doesn't accept the offer? I imagine that clicking automatically the corresponding button, but I didn't find the correct ui element.

I imagine what you want is to mod it so adoptions are not offered at all. In any case, all the human player has to do is not accept it, no need of ensuring he doesn't do so? :hmmm:

I need to be sure that he doesn't accept adoption in the two first turns, as after that several named characters are spawned and no adoptions are needed. That's all.
If I can delay the first adoption offer to the third turn it would be Ok.

I wouldn't hold my breath on doing this any nominally traditional way. The file specified by the "select_ui_element" command doesn't exist. The key missing part as I think you pointed out to having this work, is being able to select the decline button on the adoption scroll. You can check for everything else and simulate the click, but it doesn't seem to indicate any way to select the element. Maybe GED would know, but it isn't in any logical place.

The ui_indicator command looks somewhat relevant, but I haven't the slightest clue how to work with it, because the wording is in Dutch . There's the possibility you can create a ui_indicator over the decline area with a clear background and use something like "ui_indicator 0" in the select_ui_element command, but that's a bit over my head as far as caring to manage things that exhaustively.

    Cheers,
