Help CTD problem

can anyone help, I am Playing RM2 with sprites addon and hotfix 8, playing as england, but at a certain point in the game it CTD, when it cames around to the rebels turn, once i finish my turn, any help would be greatly apprieciated, thanks.

can you give me more information about the CTD?,i need to know which campaign you were playing and in which date it happened,and does it happen again if you load "auto save" or your last save and cotinue to the same point.

hi, i'm new to the forums here but I've been playing rtw for a few years now. Great job on the mod but I've had a CTD in my campaign as well. I'm playing as the Kwarezanids and I'm besieging the rebel city of Bangar. When I hit the end turn button and it went around to the rebel faction, it crashed all the sudden. can somebody help me?

Thanks LOTK, Im playing a campaign game, the year is 1247, when I finish my turn and it rolls around to the rebels on the faction rotation it crashes to desktop. I started another game from scratch, this time I got to 1252 and saved, I then came back to the Pc and Loaded my saved game and it crashed to desktop again, this time I can't even load the save before it crashes, Any Idea's And thanks again

It looks like the old save-load CTD which has been solved by hot fix 5.

Make sure you have installed the Latest HotFix correctly.

Ok, I uninstalled RM2, I uninstalled rtw1.5, i then reinstalled everything, added the sprites addon, installed the hotfix 8, this time I started a campaign as france played through to the year 247 and saved my game, I reloaded my game a couple of hours later, this time it loaded BUT when i finished my turn and it rolled around to the rebel faction, my PC crahed to desktop again. i installed everything in it correct place, but still no luck, any ideas? perhaps if I install hotfix 7 instead of hotfix 8, only thing is hotfix 7 link doesn't work, again any help would be greatly apprieciated.

Thanks for your help, I fixed the problem anyway, I disabled the rebels by zeroing there spawn rate and everything is working fine now, rebels were a pain in the ass anyway. BTW awesome mod, and well done to all especially Lord of the Knights, excellent work!

Templar100, can you tell me how you got rid of your CTD?

Umpirelegions - I simply changed the spawn rate under "brigand_spawn_value" & "pirate_spawn_value" in my "C:\Program Files\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War\RomeMedievalMOD\Data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign" in the descr_strat file
from 10 and 28 respectively to zero, worked well for about 3 days, then CTD again this time under different faction once my turn had finished as opposed to the rebels, so I don't know what to do now and neither does the RM2 team either it seems, good luck and keep us posted on your progress, cheers.

I also have a CTD...
When i click on the HRE button (campaing) the game crashes , on custom and medieval campaings...

i have the Hotfix 8 instaled with RM2..
