    Default "Unspecified Error"?

    i had to reformat my computer and when i reinstalled RTW, i tried to play it but whenever it would start loading, i would suddenly get this window saying "Rome had encountered an uspecified error and will now exit."

    it pisses me off that i cant play RTW, i pisses me of the most when it wont even tell me what the hell's wrong with RTW. it just decides to quit and not even tell me why.

    what's going on? has anyone else had this problem?

    In this case the problem is not with Rome but with the reformatting that you did
    I am no techy but if you use the function that allows you to go back to a previous point in time then you should be OK
    Alternatively uninstall and then re-install RTW

    Just uninstall and reinstall Rome. Might have hiccupped when installing the fisrt time.
