Still, much to do, but the basics are done...
As Tomte said, some horses would be great, forts, stratmap boat, some ressources, maybe the Komuso etc etc...
Well, a lot have been done... We need just a few more models, like boats, a fort, and having a Daimyo model for each clan would be great... Improving horses textures seems good, as both Tane & Tomte don't like the current one, lol...
Ideally the actual model of the horse would be best, because the current one looks nothing like the compact, stubby and sturdy ponies that were used in Japan in those times. But sure yeah, it would be cool to have the textures improved also.
I pretty sure he's the guy that has almost single handedly created the entire LotR-TW mod for Alexander.
Cool, I had no idea. Please excuse my ignorance, I've not been playing many R:TW mods. But, then I'm sure we have a reliable modeller, which is great!

So some strat map models, clan generals, and horses if Tane & Tomte nag enough .
It has been a dream for me for years to see and play a remake of Shogun Total War with a newer game-engine, extra features etc.
And now I've found it. I just want to express my thanks for taking the effort in making this mod. I don't understand how far the mod is or how much work is involved yet, but I hope sincerely that you guys finish it. The screenshots and images of the clans etc look great.
And welcome to Garve, the great composer from Paeninsula Italica who will create some songs for us, and to Byzantine Knight from Inca Total War, who will help Wundai to code buildings ingame... Welcome to both of you !
i also only stumbled upon this mod recently, but having watched a couple of japanese films lately was looking for something to play but BOA has no campaign so i started looking at mods in production which i dont stray into very often. But i am so glad that i did , as what you have so far looks awsome and very polished.
