Carpe Diem
thats not funny at all.
now if your king died, that would be funnier...
You find death of a cardinal funny!?It is sad thing, not funny. Funny is, let`s see... When all your relations with all catholic factions changes from good to abysmal in a single turn. Or when AI embark all scottish family members on single (badly damaged) ship and sends them across entire map so that you could sink them easily. Things like that?...
Well... That happens quite often. I remember in crusades campaign that venetian doge leading the crusades to Constantinople appears on the map and dies next turn; or norwegian king in brittania campaign who also dies as soon as he appears. In almost all my campaigns on vanilla scotish cardinal died in first few turns.
I like the way the game makes it sound like his death isn't the tragedy but the fact that now they are understaffed...
yeah, it is kinda funny.
and besides, he's france, so obously he's gonna be in trouble with the other Catholics anyway, so thats one less Cardinal to kill.
Jon had taken Donal and Benjen’s advice to heart: Sam may be fat and pathetic, but he is still a member of the watch, and one of the few black brothers who isn't a rapist or thief. (out of context, this sounds ridiculously racist)

Funny little things?
When you conquer just about the entire western Mediterranean over the course of four crusades, hand them all over to the Papal States, and your relations with the incumbent pope become Abysmal.
As Mel Brooks said, tragedy is when I cut my finger. Comedy is when you fall into a sewer and die.
R.I.P. God Save The King (2008-2013)
not funny.
