It will be about the campaign of an scipii General called Quintus Scipii.
Quintus Scipio Part 1
I wish to be great, be written down in history as a greast commander but first i must raise an army and then destroy any enemies of Rome.
The news has only just arrived from Capua, We are going on a campaign in europe to gain more land for the glory of the Scipii. I have been honoured by being gien the control of a small legion in Sicily and I have the task of conquering all of Sicily from the control of the Greeks and Carthaginians.
Those men will fall to my sword and I will be victorious.
I am now stationed in Sicily outside Messenia with my army.
Shortly after, my trusty advisor burst through the doors to my chamber.
Advisor: My Lord!
Quintus Scipio: Yes what is it?
Advisor: A Band of Mercenaries are camped nearby and they demand to see you.
Quintus Scipio: Bring them in I would like to hear them.
Advisor: Yes, My lord.
Mercenary Leader: We would like to join your army, but it will cost you 1,500 denarii.
Quintus Scipio: What men do you have?
Mercenary Leader: Well we have a unit of hoplites and a unit of peltasts.
Quintus Scipio: Hmmm……. I think we have a deal. Slave, pay the man.
We now have a nice little legion, ready for blood. The Commander has ordered us to start the campaign.
A few Days later
Advisor: Sir, our spies tell us there is a small army stationed in Syracuse.
Quintus Scipio: Well they have a few good units….
But I think we will crush those Greeks.
Ready the army.
Advisor: Yes, My Lord.
We soon arrived at Syracuse, I had never realised how big it was. Now we face a difficult task of getting into that city.
But good news finally arrived…
Advisor: Sir, our spies have managed to open the gates for us we can now get in easily.
Quintus Scipio: That’s good, now let’s attack.
Part 2
Battle of Syracuse
We finally manage to open the gates and our men form up getting ready to attack.
The Greeks are down to their last few men, and our hoplites tear through their ranks.
The enemy general charges into our hastati in a last ditch attempt to change the battle.
Our men achieve a Good Victory and a great city for the glory of Rome.
Victorious.

Quintus Scipio: Yes what is it?
