end of turn ctd

i get a ctd at the end of my turn every time, it gets to the rebel factions turn then ctds..... im playing the renaissance campaign as serbia

had the same:
The ai attacked me and when i wanted to play the battle myself CTD
so i had no othe choise to let the battle autoresolf itself

I can report the same thing. Playing dark age with Serbia and for over 200 turns everything was fine except when I started using spies on other characters. Then the game crashed every time. Now all of the sudden I have the same phenomenon as Romanman...
