Stone Forts in Retrofit

Retrofit uses the Kingdoms.exe so I thought this should go here.

How do you enable stone forts in the Retrofit campaign?

I think it has been figured out, can someone point me to where it's described please?

Hmm, I thought Yak (Candelarius) did it in the GUAM.

It's in the Index of Tutorials, Guides, etc.... though I just use GUAM since it's less of a headache.
