An unofficial SS patch please!!!

I think we need a divine modder who could put together the best mods on date and make a UNIFIED unofficial patch for 6.1...

I'm about to start a new campaign but I've even lost count on how many mods do I use and if they are compatible or not.

So... please someone.... that person could get loooots of reputation loool

I was also but not to savvy with it...so glad to read that Cobra may be doing something about it. Would probably need to be able to CHOOSE submods though....what is 'best' is always going to be subjective.

The Byzantine mod that CC worked on is not compatible with SSTC etc.

I would wait for him to finish blending it with BftB and KTM and make them all compatible with the big 3....BGR, RR, SSTC.

And the new version of RR is about to come out.

Honestly it would be best just to wait for King Kong and Stainless Steel v. 7.0.

I can't wait, I have just bought Spore, I have assassin's creed and soon I will but alone in the dark but I'm ALWAYS playing MTW after any game. that's why I'm asking this so 'desperately' if an unofficial patch is announced and if it will take a month to be completed, I know I will play a campaign with the version I currently have...

You can expect that I'll add every single working mod for ss (that's worth it).

If the SubMods can get further reconciled it would be fantastic; to have SSTC and RR in SS6.1 takes 6 update tasks, 2 more for Crimson Tide, and starting to grow amounts of 'this and that'. A nice new installer would really be an amazing perk at this point. There are some different AI choices available now too.

I don't know about the +REP thing being important or not but you surely will deserve that if you can pull something together here as a one-timer and even more +REP if there is time and energy to "stay on top of it" as updates come out. Thank you for taking a look at this.

I definitely agree, there are a lot of good sub-mods out and it's a shame that so many don't play nice with each other without a lot of updates and confusion.

Kind of sad to see that KK created the mod by himself (obviously it shows that he's one of the greatest modders of all time) but there is no another person in charge

I always thought Perfectly Polished (Am I allowed to mention this?) Was the perfect SS Mod, until I took the 10 days to download it only to have it crash on the splash screen and the thread has been locked...
