Default Scientific theories about the origins of life- tell me more!

right, i know nothing about any scientific theories about how life started and i am interested in learning some more about them.

I once watched a video about abiogenesis but i got bored im not looking for a 3 page explanation of how it happened, i can find that on wikipedia or in a book. just the basic ideas, their flaws, experiments that have attempted to prove/disprove them etc

    so, educate me please

Note: i am talking about life starting here, not the begining of the universe/time etc.

There isn't really that much on the matter that cannot be found on this page, including critique of the ideas.

Eccencially the idea being that biological moleculesm such as amino acids and phospholipids, were produced in the early years of the Earth simply by chance according to the conditions. They are very stable and have a tendency to group together, for example in the case of phospholipids to form "bubbles" of biotic matter, which would form a very suitable environoment for more unstable molecules (such as RNA, the earlier form of DNA) to form. RNA/DNA is self-replicating and codes for the creation of more complex proteins (collections of amino acids). Self-replication ability is essencially the beginning of life.
