Important Features for Total War Zuilds

What features make a Total War hosting site good?

I am a huge fan of Total War games, and am co-owner/developer of a guild/clan site called Zuild http://www.zuild.net . Lately I got excited at noticing a growing amount of Total War zuilds! This really got me wondering about online Total War clans/guilds. I always played rtw single player (vanilla and modded) but am really getting into the multiplayer.

Anyway, I read twcenter.net forums frequently and decided to post a question.

What are important features for Total War guild hosting sites?

We have profiles, blogs, forums, file storage, embedded video, and theme support. We're about to add a real-time chat feature and are working on some other features I can't post.

I would really like to add features that appeal to strategy gamers!

You might also like to add some sort of Multiplayer Ladder like they had in TWH. Though that one hasn't turned out to be too successful, if you get enough members for one, then it could turn out quite fun.

Themed tournaments do the trick here, we have a brilliant organiser who keeps coming up with great ideas. You could re-enact historical scenarios, there are people on TWC who use mods like IBFD or RTR for that.
