    Default First impressions

It is nice to play again this mod!

But.. it's harder than before, indeed!
I found the new choices of splitting more the economic tree quite challenging. Of course the little factions pay a lot from that, but I think this is somehow historical.
Maybe the market rights/ stronghold rights are a bit expensive to gain if you start with the Kingdom of Jerusalem, Latin Empire, Venice, Genoa, Serbia and so on.

Starting in High Era is quite hard for those factions, your money comes to zero in no time
Maybe some cities should be boosted with populations and buildings from early already built! and trade routes already present.

I haven't played Darkage yet, but I'm sure other eras need some polishment.

Loved the textures and the new skin for feudal sergeants!

If you can manage to use the main menu from one of Kingdoms campaigns, I've seen that more factions are supported on Custom Battles without editing the text files to control them, it should be a good thing!

I will play some time in the future, since now I have one last exam before getting graduate
And Chiv II does not help studying

Boys, you are the best, but you already knew that!

    Thanks Lorre

The Market & Stronghold Rights will be adjusted for the patch, DV and I are discussing this in the Dev forum. I think we ar e on the right track here.

Once this is sorted out, things should improve for the small factions. But you have to remember, they are supposed to be very challenging to play

I will have to look into the custom battles.

I am playing the Stupor Mundi Campaign (hard/hard) with Sicily and its quite funny! The normans are back!

Their unit-roster is much more interesting than in vanilla AND other mods, their starting position offers manifold opportunities, religion is playing a role, too (christianizing the multi-ethnic provinces of Sicily).
I've mentioned some things that probably need to be corrected:
    - mass-routing of levy-units(okay, they are weak, but THATweak?)
    - heretics are too difficult to eliminate
    - some graphical improvements would be nice

But theres still one element of this mod which I like to praise:
    The performance.

    Thanks SV!
Of course some buildings on High and Late Era should be already be built, imho, even after you plan to improve the Market Rights and Stronghold Rights.

For instance, probably Venice/Genoa (LOL I'm monotonous I know, I know) should have Market Rights already built in High and Late (since they established huge trades in XI Century), or Serbia could have Stronghold Rights already built. Same things for Byzantium and so on.

But don't want to be misunderstood: I know High Era was released now for the first time, so it should be checked a bit more.
    Late and Ren also!

You made great for AoR and buildings to recruit troops. Their variety is AMAZING! I saw improvements in that!

PS: L-O-V-E the Byz textures!!!! I just want to play Byzantium next time in a High Era campaign!
