    Default Trouble modding Rebels

    I've been having some problems with the campaign map returning to the main menu when I try to load it. Basically, this is what is giving me the trouble:

    And I get the following error message at the bottom of the error log:

    Unable to create new army
    I don't understand this bug since Mailed Knights are available to Rebel factions. Could it be to do with me adding a new Rebel sub-faction? I added the Duchy_of_Brittany as a new sub-faction, and while it works with just the general Hoel de Kerne and his bodyguard, the other units cause this crash.

    This is my first go at modding Rebel's so I've probably done something stupid.



    EDIT: Also how do you rename Rebel factions so they appear different ingame? It still says "Rebel Town" when you hover over the settlement ever though its set to Duchy_of_Brittany. Also my Generals name won't appear even though its listed in the French list and the region has a France as its faction creator.

    I haven't found a file where you say that "Duchy_of_Brittany" should appear as, "Breton" for example.

    This makes it look like M2TW thinks this entire thing ("Mailed Knights .............. exp 2 armour 0...") is the name of the unit. Did you use tabs or spaces here? It has spaces on the forum. You are supposed to use tabs.

    Thanks for that, I've sorted the issue with the units.

    My last problem is with the text. My General's name still doesn't appear, it just says something like "DO NOT TRANSLATE: PLAYER SHOULD NOT SEE THIS!"

    Also when I hover over a town it just says "Rebel Town (At war)", rather than "Rebel Town (whatever rebels) (At war)"

    I can't see any text files relating to the Rebels...

    Try text/expanded for the Rebel general, you should find three entries. 1 for faction leader, 1 for faction heir and 1 for rebel general. I changeed all 3 to Rebel Leader.
