Kingdoms A.I. Question & Faction Reccommendation

I just bought Kingdoms (M2:TW gold edition) and I'd like to start a campaign tonight.

I just wanted to asked first: Is there a mod for Kingdoms that improves both the battle and campaign A.I. without really altering anything else?

Also: For a good challege, what's a good faction to play as in which campaign? Thanks in advance

For a good challenge:
-Lithuania in Teutonic campaign ( only pagan faction, everyone hates you, teutonic knights attacks you constantly, random crusading nobles hunt you from time to time-its a sport to them, catholic&muslim&orthodox priests encroach your land from west&east&south)...A lot of fun;
-Norwegians in Brittania campaign (no money, you have only small provinces in border regions, still no money...);
-Turks in Crusades campaign ( no money, too stretched starting position, empire divided into two separated entities with strong and rich Antioch between them);
-Aztecs in America campaign ( poor armies compared to Spain)

Aztecs have no armor but there's sure a helluva lot of em.
