    Default Upgrading Cities & Castles

I first want to say that this is a fantastic mod and is probably the best that's out there today for Medieval II Total War.

I do have a question about upgrading the sizes of cities and castles? How do you do it? I am assuming that there are some prerequisites, but what are they? I've had cities (mainly) reach the required population to go to the next level, but I am not offered the option of building the next level of wall to take the settlement to the next level.

    What am I missing?

    Thanks!

Have you checked the building browser? It should list any requisites for building specific structures.

I'll check, but I am pretty sure that there are additional requirements than just population in the vanilla game. It would be nice if this were listed somewhere.

The requirements are population, and for some upgrades, the brickshop.

Hover over the population to check what the actual population requirements are, as they have changed from vanilla.

    Thanks, will do.

Thanks, too, for a great mod. Very well done. Love the variety of eras and faction choices. Keeps the game fresh and entertaining each time you play.
