    Default A Suitable Husband

I'm playing an Armenian campaign right now.
Its been fun removing the Seleucids from Asia Minor.
I have the Boshphorus, I control the Hellespont and I have all of Asia Minor except for the the southern coastal regions and Adana.
I am allied with the Ptollies who have most of the aforementioned coastal regions.
Its been great except for one small problem.

Just about everytime I get "A suitable husband" candidate, they all have the same name as a prior candidate I accepted earlier.
There seem to be about six to eight names the AI uses. And all my spies and assassins are the same as well. They all have one of six or so surnames.
    Whats up with this?

I know that Armenia might not have the vast list of names available for it that the Seleucids have for instance.
But six names or so? Thats way too few.
I have played with the Armenians before, and I don't recall having this few names.
Frankly, this makes me want to pack in the campaign. Which sucks, because I'm having a blast with this one.

Is there any solution for this?
Can I boost the number of candidates anywhere?

Also, can I boost the chances of adoption into the family tree?
The Armenian King at the beginning has one slot open on the family tree.
But I never get an adoption. And I really could have used another family member in the beginning.
The Seleucids by comparison are unidated with adoptions in the beginning.

Well from what I understand you will usually get an adoption for each "princess" you have. So the more you have the more chances you will get. Also if you use the same captain to win like 3 battles (I think thats the minimum) you will be able to adopt them. If you want to do it quickly fight open plain battles not sieges.

As for the family tree I thought that every General was one of the family :hmmm:

Adoption is seperate from a marriage.

Each family member can have upto four children.
Adoptions happen at the beginning of the turn or if an army with just a captain wins a battle.
In either scenario, the adopted takes the place of a child in the family tree.
He does not marry a daughter.
