    Default Suggestion for improvement

    I've played this mod now for some days and have some ideas for better gameplay.

    1. Moral:

    First of all, the opponents I've fought with don't seem to build elite units.
    Even on VH/VH it was to easy to withdraw entire armies. Either you could boost
    the moral of for example sergeants to create something like a backbone for AI armies,
    or just a general high moral to make them fight and not just run.

    Another idea would be, to give the AI generals more command stars like I've seen
    in other mods. I think you know what I mean.

    2. Landbridges:

    As you know, the AI needs landbridges. Lucrative island holdings like sardinia are
    completely ignored by the AI. I've never seen a mod that has include landbridges to
    all islands, so it might be impossible.

    The most important one, is a link to england. To keep the balance between the
    regnum francorum and the normans, you could give the normandy to the independent
    forces, to represent the decreasing influence of the normans to their continental
    holdings (like you did to the influence of the HRE). This would make england still
    hard to conquer but no longer a totally save place.

    3. Religons:

    I like the way chivalry represents religions, with undestroyable buildings etc..
    But the only thing that is actually unrealistic about it, is the impossibility to
    get civil order, even in villages with 400 inhabitants. In fact, the churches were
    mostly altered to a mosque (like the hagia sofia) and contrariwise the mosques
    to churches.

    As an example, I had conquered cordoba with a christian faction. Than I had to
    convert it, because the surrounding regions forced christianity. It worked fine
    with the martial law, until I upgrade it to a huge city. Than the huge city building
    changed the "official" religion back to islam and there was no way to get order.
    Even with the next martial buildings it was impossible to change religion again.

    Thats why I'd like to have at least a building to make this (5 % conversion should
    change the official religion), or to have the possibility to build faction specific
    religious buildings in every region.

    I'm not a modder and can only give you some gameplay issues. The present version
    of the mod is already great! I hope this may give you some new ideas for the
    next version.

    I'll think about a few of the points, except the extension of landbridges, which might be done by a fan submod contribtion eventually, but at least not with the main mod, because it would change the whole historical-realism design and global balance.

    As for AI command boni: They are already in the mod. Eventually i'll look for an additional/automatical pre-battle-mode AI morale boost.

    Any chance for this exam? Very low, because the established Anthropocentrism destroys the basis of existence.

    With BI-RTW there are plenty of naval invasions. Danes take Gotland. Sicily takes malta and Crete. Moors and italy take Mallorca. I dont think there is any need for a landbridge to England. France/or Hre will invade when they have captured Flanders(at least with BI).

    Religion. What makes this mod special is the slow expansion of the factions which gives the player time to roleplay his characters. If we give the AI a chance to convert regions(without FM in the citys) the citys will only rebel once and then we will see much faster expansion.

    Correct. And there won't be a significant change in this area in the main mod. As said, if 1.0 is out, people can create diverse submods with a different design.
