T.O & HRE mod request

Is there away someone could made a mod where in the early era game you can create T.O. units as the HRE?

I tried your first version of the game but several things were missing (like building models in the construction menu). I am not sure what your new updates add. Is their like a final version that should be coming out?

well if i recall correctly... i made it so that the HRE could recruit chirst knights, sword brethren, ritterbruder and halbbruder (mounted and dismounted) from the TO order houses...
