RTW performance question

hi all i currently have 2gb of ram and i am thinking about buying another 1 gb, but before i do this i was wondering how much of a performance bump would it give me while playing RTW.

any help would be appreciated

Considering its ram not all that much i dont think. It will increase your background speed.

There should be a performance increase but a lot depends upon the specs of your PC and what operating system you use. Also depends what else is running in the background of your system. As you've posted no such information any posts will just be guessing.

ok my specs

amd processor
2.2ghz processing speed
256mb ATI pci express video card
2 gb memory

It will run Rome very well. No need to add ram.

there is always room for improvement

and i have other reasons for wanting to get the RAM the RTW improvement would be a bonus

so you think it will give me a noticeable performance boost?

Well once your done improving your ram and graphics card send your old ones my way lol.

If I were you I would go for the Nvidea Geforce 6800 or 8600 its one of them. After that up your ram to 4gb then go for the latest Graphics cards
