I'm still waiting to see this one 'debunked.' Apparently, Obama is asked about it by O'Reilly on next week's segment. Should be very interesting.

In the first segment, he admitted the Surge worked, but refused to admit he had been wrong. He also said that 'no one' had anticipated it would work. Uh... then why did we do it? Because we knew it would fail? I seem to recall McCain pushing for it for years, because he thought it would work.

Obama has been badly rattled by Palin's speech. Seeing him give an impromptu press conference where he started to defend his resume vs. hers just astonished me -- he needs to shut up and stop talking about her. His defensiveness reeks of insecurity.

If I were to defend Ayers, I would say that he is a teacher of social justice, naturally a friend of the blacks, and has a very colorful (no pun intended) history on the subject.

Have you read his book? What do you know of him? Of his regrets? Of his deeds and misdeeds what do you know he thinks of them?

Ayers isn't invited to all of progressive movements meetings, he's disinvited. He's a criminal.

Joe Biden ripped John McCain up one side and down the other in his DNC speech. Did a panicked McCain call an impromptu press conference the next day to say 'Ooooh, that was unfair!' Of course not. McCain just sat back, calm and collected, and when the smoke had cleared from Obama's sermon on the Grecian mount, he pointed a MILF-howitzer at the Obama campaign and blew them off the front pages.

McCain knows how to play this game. I'm starting to think that Obama doesn't.

The other SCANDALS I cannot comment on. How many votes where there in the Illinois State Senate during his mandate? What was the criticism he tried to use courts for to stifle? I don't know William Ayers.

Ayers teaches at the same university! Of course there's contact between them. Obama must be fascinated by the movement for peace and freedom and social justice, despite how misguided it was carried out, to be able to talk to Ayers.

im sorry ulster, i dont even watch any of those shows, so your logic is flawed from the start.

my tv time consists of 4 things- cartoons, sitcoms, history channel, and the news. i never have watched o'reilly or any of those guys, cause id rather be watching family guy or reruns of friends. infact i hardy watch the news its so depressing. sometimes i read the newspaper as well, but thats not tv.

I draw my opinions from 3 sources, internet news articles like on yahoo and AOL, history, and common sense.

same goes for terrorists as did for Hitler, if we take a soft approach, they will know they can get away with anything and run rampant. Its like letting your 2 year old child have whatever they want, soon they get out of control. same goes for russia as well on that matter, if we just let them have what they want, first its georgia, then ukraine, then the baltic states, then poland, and we got the warsaw pact all over again.

as for Obama and the democrats, its not republican propoganda that the democratic party has been divided since JFK, its historical fact. and its certainly not republican propoganda that hilary secretly envies obama and in no way thinks he is good enough for the oval office compared to her, its common ing sense. with how ambitious hilary is, there no way shes not mad shes not the democratic ticket, especially since she had such a huge early lead and then was defeated in an upset by Obama. anyone with oval office ambitions would be mad at such a humiliating loss to someone who is so less qualified compared to them.

and the democratic party itself is made up of people working towards many different interests, and its common ing sense that the only way someone can lead a united party is with pork barrel spending, due to the fact that sometimes those interests contradict. Obama may change things, but at the cost of so much wasted pork barrel spending on democrats that dont see eye-to-eye, either on principle or implementation of policies.

he is basically using the system to change things, when the first thing that needs to be changed is the system itself.
